Sometimes you start out having a neutral day, and then this happens:
Girl Child walks into room, look at me and proclaims, "Miss Wishon, you look brilliant today!"
Then later in the day you hear the 6-year-old version of a verbal smack down.
Girl Child T has been wearing a tiny clip of green Barbie hair all day and telling people it is her weave. About 2 o'clock, Girl Child V was sick of this story and spouted off, "That ain't no weave, you can take it out easy. That's just some fake green hair."
Okay, I'm off to do some standardized testing the day after a break :) I think it will go swimmingly.
